COUNT....

The number of times you can pass a ball around your waist in 1 minute!

  • Stand with both feet slightly apart and the ball held infront of you
  • Using a fully pumped (not soft) size 3 or 4 ball, pass the ball around your upper body (approx waist height) as many times as you can in 1 minute
  • Count 'one' for every time it comes to the front of you
  • You may use 1 hand or 2 hands at any time
  • The ball must remain in contact with 1 or 2 hands at all times ie it cannot be thrown across - only passed
  • Counting stops as soon as you drop the ball, move your foot/feet or get to 1 minute

 

TIME TO GET PRACTISING!!
