
2011 SCHOOLS SPORTS WEEK
´JUMP BACK' CHALLENGE
- Starting with the middle of both feet on a line, jump backwards so that you land behind the line, not touching it and with both feet together
- Jump back onto the line so that you land with the middle part of your feet onto it again
- Keep repeating this jumping backwards and forwards for 60 seconds
- Both feet must be land flat and must leave the ground each time you jump!
- Count ´1´ each time you land on the line

Timing starts on the word 'Go' and finishes exactly on 60 seconds later
