Each challenge must take place on a Concept 2 rowing machine

You must set the monitor to 1 minute and continue rowing until it stops at '0'

Times must be verified by a member of staff or a reliable leader

Entries must be submitted in excel format which can be downloaded by a member of staff from the 'Teacher's Area'

Top competitors will score points for the school and receive individual medals/certificates

There will be a certificate for the highest % of entries from all schools

Overall placings will be calculated on the same basis as shown in the School Challenge 'Rules' menu ie 1st = 1 point, 2nd = 2points etc. Hence, the school with the lowest number of points wins
