´JUMP BACK'


  • Starting with the middle of both feet on a line, jump backwards so that you land behind the line, not touching it and with both feet together
  • Jump back onto the line so that you land with the middle part of your feet onto it again
  • Keep repeating this jumping backwards and forwards for 60 seconds
  • Both feet must be land flat and must leave the ground each time you jump! 
  • Count ´1´ each time you land on the line
  • Timing starts on the word 'Go' and finishes exactly on 60 seconds later

PLEASE ENSURE THAT AN ADULT VERIFIES  THE SCORING - DO NOT LEAVE THIS TO THE PUPILS OTHER THAN DURING PRACTICES
